Delivery Method

For all orders, we offer a full trackable delivery service.

Delivery charges are automatically calculated when selecting the country of delivery on the checkout page.

Please note that during sale times and other busy periods deliveries might take longer. We are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Collect in Store

You can now order products on our website and collect them in store. Collect in store is FREE and will be within 3 working days of placing
your order.

We will email you when your order is ready for collection. You will need to bring your order confirmation email and the card that you paid with. If you paid using PayPal, please bring the card associated with your PayPal account.

  • United Kingdom – 2-3 Working Days (If ordered before 1pm GMT)
  • Europe – 3-5 Working Days (If ordered before 1pm GMT)
  • USA/Canada/Japan/South America – 5-10 Working Days (If ordered before 1pm GMT)
  • Rest of the World – 5-10 Working Days (If ordered before 1pm GMT)
Taxes and Duties

Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

Returns Policy

Returns Policy: When you buy goods from us you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. In this case, you can return the goods back to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

Parcels are the customer’s responsibility until they reach us and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain the proof of postage. For international returns, clearly label your parcel as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid further handling and customs fees.  Failure to do so is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are normally processed within 7 working days and all refunds will be made to the method of payment originally used when placing your order. It can take up to 10 working days to receive the funds in your account.

We have the same returns policy for Collect in Store orders as for all other online orders. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, 7 days for sale items. Please note this date begins on the date that we send you an order dispatch email.

The Vintage Showroom Ltd will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.

Exchange Policy

We also offer an Exchange Policy that allows buyers to return an item purchased online to us within 14 days of receipt in exchange for a credit note which can be used either online or in our London retail store. Please note this will only cover the cost of the item and not shipping fees or duty and taxes where we shipped International. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue.
